Every Tuesday at 8:30am everyone for the weekly show meets for a half hour to get to know each other.  At 9am Dave Burnett comes in the studio, we do a mic check, we do a short prayer for guidance, we countdown from 3 and it’s record time.  There really isn’t any prep time, no scripts, it comes out the way it comes out and that’s how it is.  Now being the hardest critic on myself I listen to the show at least two to three times after it hits the website so that I can see if I’m providing value.  If there isn’t any value, then no one will listen.  This is what I try to get, local people, local stories, digging into their past of that transition in their life when they started their business, what its like now, what they struggle with, and what is going great.  I love stories, that’s what I try to get out of our guests.  I also bring on some experts to talk about a topic, something that will help me today in my business.  UltraClean has been around for 11 years and sometimes it almost seems like we are starting over, or something isn’t working, and I need help from someone who know’s more than I do.  I would like some feedback from the listeners of what you like from past shows, guests and content, and at what times do you tune out because its just not interesting.  With your help we can make this show what I intended it for which is for the people of the Treasure Valley to talk small business in a transparent way.  Email me at wrightstuffradio@gmail.com or post your comment on the blog.  Thanks for all your help.
